Master Services Agreement

1. Agreement

This Master Services Agreement (“Agreement”) governs the provision of security testing and consulting services by Invadel Cybersecurity (“Invadel”) to the client (“Client”). Specific engagements are defined in individual Statements of Work (“SOW”).

2. Services

Invadel will perform the services described in each SOW, including the scope, deliverables, timeline, and authorization boundaries agreed by both parties.

3. Authorization

Client represents that it is authorized to permit testing of the systems in scope and will provide written authorization prior to any testing activity.

4. Confidentiality

Each party will protect the other’s confidential information and use it only for purposes of the engagement.

5. Deliverables and ownership

Invadel provides reports and findings for Client’s internal use. Ownership terms are specified in each SOW.

6. Limitation of liability

Liability terms, warranties, and indemnification are as set out in the executed version of this Agreement.
