What we look for
Certified and proven
OSCP, OSWE, CREST, or equivalent, plus real engagement history, not just a certificate.
A specialist, not a generalist
Deep in one discipline (network, application, cloud, or hardware) rather than shallow across all of them.
A clear communicator
Able to write a finding a compliance manager and an engineer both understand.
